A fan paint brush is one who has bristles in the fan shape.

A fan brushes bristles may be made from all materials (hog hair, camel hair, etc.), but are usually made from Synthetic [For acryllic painting] or Hog Hair [For oil painting].
Uses
The fan brush can be used to make spruce trees, waterfalls, etc. Because of it's unique shape, it can make many different textures and strokes.
